‘Sheltered in Grace”… a gathering of thoughts to encourage, lift up and spur one another on as we journey on towards our heavenly goal.<\/p>\r\n

Living life \u201cSheltered in Grace\u201d on a small ranch in Bonham, Texas with Bindi the dog, Donkey the donkey, and Hank his sidekick. Being married to Kelly for forty-two years was a gift I will forever cherish. “Mom” (two boys) and “Nunu” (5 grands) are two of my favorite words. I love standing before women and sharing how important our work is to HIS Kingdom. The layered simplicity of His message always amazes me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I had to choose a special gift God has blessed me with it would be this \u2013 I am surrounded by godly, encouraging friends who listen to my thoughts and ideas and then say, \u201cYES, I\u2019ll help. We can do this!\u201d

I have been married to my college sweetheart, Bobby for 37 years. We have four children and nine Grands. I am a high school Principal at Ouachita Christian School in Monroe, LA, teach college courses for ULM and love to garden and read. I have spent the past seven years studying the prophets. I consider myself an Elijah. I have seen great spiritual victories in my life and I have been known to scamper back to my broom tree. My Jesus holds me safe in both places. It is really all about HIM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus says the Lord:

Leigh Ann Nichols<\/strong>

I am a child of God, wife to Jody, and mother to Jackson, Mason, and Karis. My roots began in Texas, but for the past seventeen years, our family has called Tennessee home.   I work as a teacher and coach and also serve as the Director of Women\u2019s Ministry at my home congregation, Nolen Hills Church of Christ. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family at the lake, watching my kids compete on the volleyball and basketball courts, and caring for our miniature donkeys and goats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of my greatest passions is encouraging women to live a transformed life by being anchored to Him. I love sharing this message through Sheltered in Grace and at ladies\u2019 events inspiring women to grow deeper in their faith and walk confidently in Him. \u00a0Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. I am a junior in high school and fill my plate with musical instruments and FFA.  I enjoy Tuesday night bible studies with my youth group, leading devotional thoughts, singing, and just hanging out with like-minded youth.  In my spare time I meditate on God\u2019s word through bible journaling and my blog, Lauralee\u2019s Raes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
